Pinehurst Families — We’re Ready for a Great Start!

As we begin a new school year, please take a few minutes to review these important reminders about arrival, dismissal, parent drop-off/pick-up, and snacks.

Following these procedures helps us keep our Panthers **safe** and keeps arrival and dismissal running as smoothly as possible. We appreciate your patience and cooperation, especially during the first few days as everyone gets back into the routine!

Staff members are positioned in the loading zone to safely assist students entering and exiting vehicles.

Parent drop-off and pick-up reminders for Pinehurst Early Elementary. All non-bus students must use the designated parent line, entering and exiting from Pinehurst Boulevard. During drop-off, students remain in vehicles until staff assist them and must exit from the right side. Students arriving after 8:58 must be signed in at the office. For pick-up, families must display their assigned number and students will only be released to vehicles displaying that number. Families are asked to follow the established traffic pattern and not block driveways.

Pinehurst Early Elementary reminders covering arrival, dismissal, and classroom food and drinks. Doors open at 8:45 AM and school begins at 8:55 AM. Dismissal is 3:50 PM on full days, 1:50 PM on reduced days, and 12:20 PM on half days. Transportation changes must be called into the office by the designated deadline. Students may bring a healthy classroom snack, and plain water is the only drink permitted in classrooms.

August 25 is almost here, Pinehurst Panthers! ⏰🎒🐾 Great school years begin with strong routines. With school starting in just a few days, now is the perfect time to return to an earlier bedtime and begin preparing backpacks and clothing the night before. A calm, organized morning makes it easier to arrive at school on time and ready to learn. Let’s help every Pinehurst Panther start Day 1 feeling calm, confident, and ready for a great year! 💙
